According to PEOPLE, the 'Twilight' star Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas, the middle, lead-singing third of the Jonas Brothers, have broken up recently. According to a source, it was a matter of scheduling that caused the beautiful couple to fade apart. Recently, the two, who were never shy about lovesome public appearances were spotted separately at different clubs in L.A. Joe Jonas has told a popular magazine that his new album will include different love scenarios that he has been through as well as breakups. According to a source close to NYPost, the couple drifted apart because of their work schedules and that the break up was mutual and amicable.

Joe Jonas was 'head over heels' for Ashley and surprised her with a Chanel charm bracelet on February 19th (Ashley's birthday) in Las Vegas, according to a source. In Teen Vogue's February issue, Ashley even gushed about Jonas that both of them has already met each other's parents, which is a good thing and that they have been good friends before they started dating, which is again a good thing for their relationship.

According to an insider, close to the former couple, the relationship was never that serious and it was just an amusing five-month relationship. It has been reported that soon after the break up, Ashley Greene started getting cozy with the Kings of Leon musician, Jared Followill. It seems Ashley is moving on from one musician to another! According to an onlooker, Greene was “dancing and flirty” with Jared Followill at an NYC club.

Currently, Ashley is filming the latest 'Twilight' film, Breaking Dawn, in Vancouver. Joe will be releasing his first solo album this summer.
