Rio is a 3D computer animated musical movie with the mixture of comedy story which was developed in 2011 which is directed by Carlos Saldanha and the story was written by himself and distributed by the 20th Century Fox. This movie was released on 15th of April, 2011 in the US. Jake T. Austin, Anne Hathaway, George Lopez and Jesse Eisenberg played vital role for featuring voice casting.

The movie begins from a forest near the Rio de Jeneiro and a small disable bird which cannot fly in the group of birds as a result it is detained by smugglers and taken it to Moose lake in Minnesota. The small bird Macaw falls to a street which is found by a kind lady, Linda. She names this bird as Blu and nurtures it up by keeping it in her house. After 15 years, Lind visit book store with Blu and a scientist says her to look for a couple for that male Blu. At the same time, Linda takes Blu to Brazil so that it could found its partner to preserve its remaining life.

Blu meets a female macaw called Jewel, he wants to be close to jewel but she tries to go far from him. They were attacked by the smuggler, and their nest was destroyed. The birds are caught by one of the smugglers, a poor boy who works for smugglers to earn money. He used to exhibit variety of birds in the television programs that is revealed by Nigel. Finally, Blu and Jewel get success to run away from the hands of Nigel and they both fly toward the Rio jungle and get lost in it. This interesting bird’s love story is the major attraction of this film. It tries to disclose the psychology of birds and its relationship with human beings.
