The chilling thriller tells the story of a happily married couple, Ivy (Anastasia Griffith) and David Ross (Brendan Fehr) who are expecting their first child after many unsuccessful attempts. Ivy's delivery is only a few weeks and having suffered two miscarriages in the past, she does not want to take any chance this time. The couple moves into a new house and decide to have a yard sale of the possessions left by the previous owner. Melinda White (Clea DuVall), an old high school classmate shows up at the yard sale and coincidentally she is also pregnant. Melinda, reportedly goes missing a few days later and the evidence found by the police makes David the prime suspect; which also makes Ivy doubt her husband. As the story unfolds, Ivy learns about some dark secrets from the past. She has to remain calm and composed for the sake of safety of her baby.
