The Oscar red carpet fashion was flooded with fabulous trends of various fashion designers as well as beautiful sequins and elegant laces that showed just the right amount of skin. Best dressed celebrity -

Natalie Portman: She came in a dark purple gown by Rodarte which she matched with Tiffany jewelry. The attire was perfect, and the hair (she parted most of it to one-side) was just as beautiful.

Mila Kunis: She was nothing short of capturing everyone's attention in a stunning lilac-colored outfit by Elie Saab. The lace detail in the outfit was simply awesome and her breathtakingly beautiful earrings and loose bun made her look prettier.

Jennifer Lawrence: Red was a major trend on the Oscar 2011 red carpet. Jennifer Lawrence came in a form-fitting, vivid red Calvin Klein Collection outfit. She was simply looking beautiful.

Michelle Williams: Michelle always brings it to the red carpet......remember that fabulous yellow Vera Wang dress from a few years back?! Luckily this year is no exception; her long beaded gown and immaculate hair is simply beautiful.

Worst dressed celebrity -

Nicole Kidman: It is indeed disappointing to see a former Oscar winner in such a dress that has to be listed in worst dressed celebrities.

Helene Bonham Carter: Her dress, bird's nest hair and Japanese fan(the one she was holding at the hand) were simply not right.

Jennifer Hudson: The dress was not much appealing and the flattened asymmetrical frills were just not perfect.

Anne Hathaway: It is little difficult to accept that the host of the Oscar selecting a strapless gown which she matched with one stunning diamond necklace. But it can be forgotten as she changed many outfits that night.
