The sixth season of the hit investigative drama series ‘Bones’ ended with a major change in the relationship between Brennan and Booth. In the season finale episode 'The Change in the game', the two found out that Brennan is pregnant. The show has been renewed for seventh season and there were reports that the producers will have to work on the script after the star of the series Emily Deschanel announced her pregnancy and would not be available for a couple of episodes. Now they have introduced pregnancy in the series.
Bones executive producer, Stephen Nathan said that this was something they had been discussing even before Emily announced her pregnancy in real life. He assured the fans that this was not a dream and that Bones and Booth are now a couple and expectant parents.
